The Laboratory Safety System (LSS) has been replaced with MyChem (http://mychem.ehs.washington.edu). MyChem allows access to over 385,000 material safety data sheets (MSDSs), chemical inventories, emergency contact information, a surplus chemical exchange, and provides a mechanism for the University of Washington to comply with local, state and federal regulations.

Users who accessed LSS in the past using a UWNetID, will have immediate access to MyChem. Users without a UWNetID, should apply for a UWNetID and register for a MyChem access account to regain access to MyChem.
